Kelly Knaub (Ajeet Kirtan Kaur) helps women who are stressed or burned out heal and connect with their soul’s purpose. Using Kundalini yoga, Reiki, shamanic practices, and aromatherapy, she guides them in bringing their unique, sacred paths to light.
Her mission is to empower women to embrace their current challenges, access their inner wisdom, and build a foundation of self-care and a strong spiritual practice. Kelly learned—and feels called to teach others—that burnout, crisis, and ill health can be powerful opportunities for healing and growth and beautiful catalysts for change that awaken us to our TRUE SELVES.
She is honored and humbled to pass on the teachings of Kundalini yoga and meditation. These practices have completely transformed Kelly’s life, helped put her in touch with her divine calling by enabling her to connect on a deep level with her Higher Self, and continue to inspire her on a daily basis. She is also grateful for the gifts of Reiki, shamanism, and essential oils, which she has used to help clients relax, become unblocked, and get in touch with their inner voice.
In addition to her training in Kundalini yoga and Reiki, and a pending certification in aromatherapy, Kelly holds a master’s in journalism from NYU and an undergraduate degree in English from Temple University. She is also pursuing an MFA in poetry at Drew University and has studied at the University of Havana, Cuba, as well as the University of Girona, Spain.
When Kelly isn’t helping other women heal, you can find her writing poetry, riding her bike, chanting mantras, or having spontaneous dance parties to deep, soulful house.
